Bug Clinic (“we” or “us”) operates https://bugclinic.com. By placing an order on our site, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are designed to clarify expectations and ensure a smooth experience for both you and our team.
1. General
All orders are subject to stock availability. We do our best to keep our inventory updated. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will ship the available items and contact you about how to proceed with the remainder (wait for restock or issue a refund).
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. These charges are collected at the time of purchase and represent the final shipping cost.
3. Returns
3.1 Change of Mind
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order if the item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Once returns are received and approved, we may issue either a refund or store credit

Items not returned in their original condition may be subject to a partial refund or no refund
3.2 Warranty Returns
Valid warranty claims can be submitted within 90 days of delivery.

4. Shipping Details
4.1 Domestic Transit Time
Orders within the U.S. typically arrive in 2–7 business days
4.2 International Shipping
We currently only ship within the United States. No international shipping is offered at this time.
4.3 Dispatch Time
Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days of payment.
Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal and Jewish holidays.
4.4 Address Changes
Changes to the shipping address can be made before the order is dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible.
4.5 PO Boxes & Military Addresses
We ship to PO boxes and military addresses via USPS. Courier delivery is not available for these.
4.6 Backordered Items
If an item is backordered:

If there’s no response within 24 hours, we may:

Ship the rest of the order and refund the out-of-stock item

Hold the entire order until it’s back in stock

4.7 Delivery Delays
If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated time, please contact us for assistance.
5. Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress via the carrier’s website.
6. Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged:

7. Taxes
7.1 Sales Tax
We collect sales tax for orders shipped to New York, including tax on shipping. The total will be displayed during checkout.
7.2 Duties
No international duties apply as we only ship within the U.S.
8. Order Cancellations
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you may cancel by contacting us. If it has already shipped, please refer to our return policy.
